Wat houdt de rol van Tech Lead in?
As a Tech Lead, you play a leading role in the technical development of our software projects. You provide guidance and, at the same time, become part of a close-knit team where one day you collaborate on the Frontend with the UX designer and Product Owner to create an optimal user experience. The next day, you delve into the Backend to (further) develop the platform in C# and contribute to the implementation of new features. Of course, you also ensure seamless communication between the Backend and Frontend. In short, you ensure the smooth operation of the entire software development process.
