What does the role of Sales Support Assistant entail?

We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our sales team! Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for providing the best possible service for our clients. You will contribute to the contact with our clients and from our office you will support the sales team and help organisations from the Topology platform.

Waarom als Sales Support Medewerker werken bij Skopei?

In the past ten years, Skopei has evolved into a technology company that specializes in mobility, real estate, and parking. This includes electronic locks, sensors, and parking infrastructure that can be integrated through platform modules or an API. Skopei has recently launched a new platform called Topology, which allows users to book shared cars, bicycles, and office spaces from various companies and providers.

Our biggest challenge is to work with our developers to further develop and optimise the platform based on feedback from our customers. To support our ambitions, we are looking for a Sales Support Employee who wants to help us efficiently handle sales processes and provide support to existing customers.
