Privacy Policy

This provision supplements Skopei’s privacy policy and implements the obligations under the EU Data Act.

  1. Acces to generated data

Users have the right to access the data they generate through the use of Skopei’s application and services. This includes, among other things, usage data created during the conclusion and execution of a User Agreement.

  1. Data portability and transferability

In line with the existing right to data portability, Skopei enables users to obtain their data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Users may transfer this data themselves to a third party or request direct transfer, where technically feasible.

  1. Sharing data with third parties at the user's request

In addition to the situations already described in which data is shared with third parties (such as Providers, payment service providers, or legal authorities), Skopei may, at the user’s request, share data with a third party designated by the user, provided that:

  • this is technically feasible;

  • this does not infringe the rights of others; and

  • this does not conflict with legal obligations.

  1. Protection of confidential business information

Skopei reserves the right not to share certain data if this is necessary to protect:

  • confidential business information;

  • trade secrets; or

  • the security and integrity of its systems and services.

  1. Transparency and provision of information

Skopei clearly informs users about:

  • which data is collected;

  • the purposes for which it is used; and

  • the parties with whom this data is shared, as already described in this privacy policy.

  1. Requests and exercise or rights

Requests relating to data under the Data Act may be submitted via the contact details included in the privacy policy. Skopei will handle such requests within the timeframes and conditions set out in applicable legislation.
