What does the role of Student Support Assistant involve?
As a Student Support Assistant, you will support our team and our clients, helping them with questions and issues. In addition, you will contribute to improving our processes and manuals. Your tasks include:
Answering customer inquiries via email and phone
Supporting with technical and functional issues
Drafting and improving process documentation
Testing new features and thinking about improvements
Assisting with internal projects and operational tasks
What do you bring?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented student who enjoys hands-on work and has strong communication skills. Furthermore, you possess:
HBO or WO thinking level, preferably in a relevant field of study (e.g. IT, Communication, Business Administration, or a technical discipline)
Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
Good communication and problem-solving skills
A self-reliant and structured work attitude
Affinity with technology and digital systems such as Microsoft Office/Google Drive is a plus
Location near The Hague/Rijswijk
