Contribute as an Embedded Engineer to the future of shared usage

As an Embedded Engineer at Skopei, you are responsible for developing the firmware for our smart locks, which contribute to the latest solutions in shared mobility and real estate. Together with the team, you work on innovative technologies that can be seamlessly integrated into our platform and into the systems of our clients. This position offers plenty of freedom to utilise your creativity and technical knowledge, allowing you to make an impact on the future of mobility.

What do you bring

As an Embedded Engineer, you possess the right knowledge and experience to develop innovative firmware solutions. You have a solid technical background and a passion for embedded systems.

Your background and experience

Your technical expertise and experience help you to develop high-quality firmware. You have the following qualifications:

A completed BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a focus on embedded systems
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience with electronic circuits and hardware integration
Good command of both Dutch and English languages

Your skills

You enjoy working on innovative solutions in a dynamic environment. You are focused on efficiency and quality and enjoy collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Knowledge of low-power protocols such as Thread, LTE-M, and Bluetooth
A strong background in C/C++ programming
Experience with the Zephyr RTOS platform and ARM processors
Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
