What does the role of Junior UX/UI Designer entail?
As a Junior UX/UI Designer at Skopei, you will work in a close-knit, multidisciplinary team and are co-responsible for designing logical user flows, strong interfaces, and user-friendly digital solutions. You will work on multiple products and environments, such as web applications, mobile apps (Android and iOS), and management platforms.
When a new functionality or product is conceived, you will start working on the execution. Based on user research, data, and comparisons with other systems, you will design and document user flows from A to Z. From the very beginning, you will be closely involved in the development process and ensure that the software team can work with clear designs, prototypes, and specifications.
You will monitor the house style and ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms. Additionally, you will support the marketing team with your design skills. This includes developing visuals, landing pages, and interfaces that are not only user-friendly but also contribute to attracting new clients and companies towards Skopei.
With your eye for detail, you deliver innovative UX/UI solutions, test designs for usability, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products and our visibility in the market.

Your background and experience
Your experience and expertise enable you to create designs that meet the needs of different user groups while contributing to the product strategy.
- A completed degree in Multimedia Design, Interaction Design, Product Design
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the UX/UI field, or relevant internships during your studies
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar tools
A good command of the Dutch and English languages
Residing near The Hague/Rijswijk
